18-Year-Old From Philadelphia Stabbed Ex-Girlfriend to Death – Gilbert Newton age 18 stabbed Ex-girlfriend Morgan Darlyn McCaffery age 18 to death, Morgan Darlyn McCaffery.
According to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Gilbert Newton III faces first-degree murder and related charges in the homicide of Morgan Darlyn McCaffery of Abington Township.
Abington Township police responded to the train station around 8:15 a.m. Monday and found McCaffery lying in the parking lot next to her running car. She was covered in blood from apparent stab or cutting wounds to her neck and stomach, prosecutors said. McCaffery was pronounced dead at the scene.
