Seattle’s Madison Valley Death – The police and fire departments have confirmed the death of a 3-year-old boy who was killed on Sunday afternoon when a box-truck driver in Seattle’s Madison Valley neighborhood hit a parked van while the boy was playing inside.
The boy was ejected from the van. He suffered a head injury, says the Seattle police summary.

Paramedics responded to the incident at 4:41 p.m., in the 1800 block of 30th Avenue. CPR was performed on the boy but without success, says the officials.
According to Det. Patrick Michaud, two other boys inside the van sustained minor injuries.
A police news release said crash-investigation detectives arrived at the scene and will work with prosecutors to determine whether charges will be filed.
