Arvada police officers shot to death a male domestic violence suspect on Friday morning, and a female victim was found dead in a unit at an apartment complex.
Officer responded to Everett Street and W. 54th Place around the Parkview Village West Apartments at 5:08 a.m. and learned about a serious and possible homicide at the scene through reports.
Police tried to get inside the apartment but the male suspect who was armed with an “edge weapon,” such as knife confronted them.
