Saddened to hear of the death of Norene Gilletz. She left her wonderful collection of culinary ephemera to @UoG_ASC & my #foodhist students have been using it to construct an online exhibit celebrating her life and work. They’ll be heartbroken when I tell them @melissa_mcafee https://t.co/DrHsgQObSl
