Charlene A. Butch died March 02, 2020 following severe motor accident that occurred on WV Route 18 in Tyler County, said police.
Charlene A. Butch passed away Monday in accident. He passed on at the age of 66, said police.
Butch was traveling southbound in a Honda SUV, when for reasons unknown, the vehicle left the lane, passed the median and hit a northbound tractor-trailer, he was utterly injured and left uncommunicative at the spot. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, said report.
The accident remains under investigation.
