Charles E. Garland Jr died March 04, 2020 following fatal vehicle crash that occurred on Fostertown Road in the area of the Fostertown Elementary School in Orange County, said report.
Charles E. Garland Jr passed away Wednesday at about 7:35 p.m in accident. He passed on at the age of 37 from injuries gotten in crash, report said.
Charles was driving eastbound in a Buick Regal at high speed rate, when the vehicle ran a curve and hit a Honda Odyssey, he was utterly injured at the scene of the crash. He was pronounced dead at the spot, said police.the accident remains under investigation,
