Houston Metro Police Sergeant Erik Martinez Tellez Passed Away | Cause Of Death
Erik Martinez Tellez died March 15, 2020 following severe vehicle crash that took place in Montgomery County.
Erik Martinez Tellez passed away Sunday early morning in accident. He passed on from the injuries sustained in crash, police said.
Tellez was traveling at high rate of speed in a 1954 Chevrolet, when he lost control of the vehicle, it went off the roadway and collided with a tree, the impact of the crash made the Chevrolet to be swaddled in the tree and he was brutally injured and uncommunicative at the spot of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene, report said.
The crash remains under investigation.
