North Carolina State Highway Patrol Trooper Nolan Sanders Passed Away | Obituary
Nolan Sanders died March 27, 2020 following ghastly vehicle crash that occurred on I-795 in Wayne County, said police.
Nolan Sanders passed away Friday around 7:15 p.m in accident. He was driving his patrol vehicle, when for reasons still under investigation, he lost control of the wheel, swerved off the roadway and collided with a concrete culvert, he was utterly injured and uncommunicative at the scene of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the spot, according to police.
Sanders passed on at the age of 26 from the injuries sustained in crash. He was Nc State trooper, he had served 5 years with the department.
Nolan was described as fun, loving and intelligent police officer, his death has left police department in mourning and condolences are been send to the family.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
