Judge Tom Garner Obituary
Imboden Live has announced the death of Tom Garner, a Circuit Judge who got recently sworn in on February 15, 2019. Garner cause of death is not said.

We have just received word that Circuit Judge, Tom Garner has unexpectedly passed away. Garner was sworn in February 15, 2019. He was a 1978 graduate of Salem High School. Thoughts are with his family during this time.
