Carmela Baselice Death | Cause Of Death
66-year-old Melville woman, Carmela Baselice has died following a vehicle crash that happened on Thursday morning, according to Suffolk County police.
Baselice was traveling a 2006 Hummer eastbound on Old County Road when her car Utility vehicle traveled off the road and struck a brick mailbox pillar.
The accident reported happened around 10:10 a.m between Tuxedo and Ponderosa drives, south of the West Hills Nature Preserve.
Carmela Baselice was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
