Patricia Winspear Missing – And has been Found
A 21-year-old woman was reported missing from Hartlepool yesterday. Police released an urgent appeal to find her this morning.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said she had been located. They added: “A member of the public came forward with information after seeing the appeal on social media – this helped us trace her.”
