Vincent V. Shorten, has been identified by McLean Country Coroner, Kathy Yoder as the victim struck and killed in Parkway and Fort Jesse Road, Thursday night.
25-year-old Shorten died after being struck by multiple vehicles. He sustained several injuries which led to his death according to preliminary autopsy carried out on his him.
Shorten was reportedly crossing Veterans Parkway, moving east just north of Fort Jesse Road, when he was struck by a gray minivan, followed by a hit by another vehicle.
