Terrence Nielsen, a 24-year-old man from Alabama has died following a Sunday shooting in West Jordan garage.
Nielsen was shot dead on Sunday night inside the garage of a home near 7100 South Callie Drive in West Jordan. Homeowner Kourtnee Jacob said she and her family were inside the house when she heard two gunshots in the garage.
Another man, 29-year-old Utahn Anthony Dawson was also shot and killed in the shooting. Both victims were shot in the head according to Jacob.
Police are still investigating whether the incident was a murder-suicide or a double murder. They only found one gun at the scene and don’t believe anyone else is involved.
