Pamela Gibson, a 65-year-old woman of Mountain Parkway as been identified as the victim of a fatal crash closed the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway in Wolfe County Monday morning.
A witness told police the driver went into the median, overcorrected and crashed. We do not know who the driver was or why they went into the median.
