Timothy “Timmy” Rizor Obituary:
Timothy Rizor of Tustin was pronounced dead on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the age of 17 following a vehicle crash that happened over the weekend.
Rizor was was student of Pine River Area High School. The school mourns the loss of one of their own on Monday, flags are at half-staff.
Timothy’s driver, Creed Watson was arraigned on charges of lying to police, leaving the scene of an accident and operating while intoxicated causing death.
Osceola Sheriff Ed Williams said he anticipates it to be a lengthy investigation.
