Death & Obituary: Benjamin Miner was pronounced dead at the scene of a vehicle crash that happened Friday morning at south of Cavour, according to reports.
Benjamin Miner died Friday, 29 November, 2019 at the age of 37 in an accident. He was travelling on southbound on 409th Avenue as a passenger in a 1992 Dodge D250, when the vehicle went into the east ditch, rolled and came to rest in standing water in the ditch, according to reports.
According to reports made by police, impending charges are made to 31-year-old driver of the vehicle, Jude Foxx.
