12-year-old Harley Watson was pronounced dead following a fatal car accident that happened after school had finished.
Harley Watson died Monday, December 2, 2019 in a suspected hit-and-run incident.
His identified was done on Tuesday by officials. Watson was a pupil at Debden Park high school. The devastating incident happened after school.
