While he didn’t have an impact on me as much as Alec Baldwin and George Carlin, his impact on UK Thomas fans cannot be undermined.

Having grown up on American Thomas airings, I didn’t know of Michael Angelis‘ narration until way later on. He really brought the later seasons to life & had great voices for the characters. He will be missed.

RIP Michael Angelis, the longest-tenured Narrator for Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends (S3/1991 to S6/2012). We fans of Thomas & Friends and all the films & series we took part in shall miss him dearly, and our condolences & best wishes go out to his family & friends. (1952-2020)

Cannot believe it. The man who gave the show and characters personality from classic era to modern era gone. We won’t forget this amazing man or what he brought to the show and his other acting roles. R.I.P. Michael Angelis.

 

I was shocked to hear that Michael Angelis since morning and it’s not a good morning for me.

I’ll miss Michael Angelis for his narrating the stories of Thomas and Friends and always in my heart.

Michael Angelis has died and the Daily Mirror refer to him as the ‘voice from Thomas the Tank’. Ffs. He was an actor. Rest in peace Michael.

Just hearing that actor Michael Angelis has just left us too, at the age of 76. Famous as the voice of Thomas The Tank Engine, he will forever be Lucien in The Liver Birds to me.

What a calamity … I never expected this bad news, one of the most iconic storytellers of Thomas & Friends has had just passed away…
It hurts a lot after hearing about that tragedy.
