Jacob Mendoza Death | Obituary – 11-year-old Super J has passed away, Friday, June 12, just days after his dying wish to spend his last days at a cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma was granted.
Mendoza had courageously battled cancer and has gone to rest.

Jacob Mendoza also known as “Super J,” was terminally ill with Stage IV High-Risk Neuroblastoma cancer.
He was loved by many and was recently welcome to greater Hotchatown community in McCurtain County with open arms and celebrated with a parade upon his return home to Dallas.
