High Way Head – On Crash – After a head – on crash on Wednesday morning on Highway 38 in Angelus Oaks, its been confirmed of the demise of 1 victim and injury of another.

The Head on between a white Toyota RAV4 SUV and a white Hyundai took place at about 1:13pm, East of Camp Cedar Falls.

According to the California Highway Patrol report, “The driver in the Hyundai had been traveling behind a motor home and another vehicle on the winding highway when he attempted to pass the slower-moving vehicles and crashed head-on into the SUV”.

The police report says the driver of the Hyundai was trapped inside the vehicle while the other vehicle caught on fire and was smoking after the collision.

There was a swift response by the paramedics who rushed two victims to Loma Linda Medical Center.

The California Highway Patrol at the moment is heading up the investigation into the collision.
