Tessa Majors Murdered | Stabbed To Death:
Barnard freshman, 18-year-old Tessa Majors was fatally stabbed on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 during a mugging in a park near the college’s Manhattan campus, according to the police and college officials.
According to Sian Leag Beilock, Benard’s president statement, Majors was murdered in an armed robbery attack in Morningside Park.
“Tessa was just beginning her journey at Barnard and in life,” Ms. Beilock wrote. “We mourn this devastating murder of an extraordinary young woman and member of our community.”
Friends and families of Tessa are devastated at the sad news of her death. It was such a tragedy.
