A former Police detective and now the Salinas Mayor, Joe Gunter passed away at the age of 73, leaving family, friends and loved ones in total devastation. He served as an officer for 32 years before his retirement in 2002. Joe Gunter death has caused so much heartbreak to the beloved family.
