Author Elisabeth Sifton Passed Away:
Elisabeth Sifton has died on Friday, December 13, 2019 at her home in Manhattan at the age of 80.
Elisabeth was an editor and publisher for more than forty years. She is the author of The Serenity Prayer: Faith and Politics in Times of Peace and War.
Sifton was a widely respected book editor and publisher who burnished manuscripts by many of the 20th century’s literary lions, died on Friday at her home in Manhattan.
