Horace Johnson Death | Horace Johnson Obituary – We are sad to announce the death of a Superior Court Judge Horace Johnson who passed away on Wednesday, 1st of June 2020. He was a student and a judge in Newton County. According to a tweet by GACourts (@GACourts) on the 1st of July 2020, the family of Horace J. Johnson Jr. called the Sheriff’s Office at 8:49 a.m. about a person in cardiac arrest at Johnson’s home in unincorporated Newton County.
Emergency technicians arrived to find family members administering CPR to Johnson who later died. He has contributed as a member of the Judicial Council of Georgia and many of its committees. He is survived by his wife, Michelle, and two sons.
