Crystal Bradley Death – The victim of a homicide at Phillpot Park on Friday has been identified by the Tulsa Police on Monday, July 13, 2020 as 45-year-old Crystal Bradley.
The police has arrested the suspect of the act identified as James Landry. Landry was arrested on a federal charge of manslaughter.

According to investigators, Landry shot and killed his girlfriend at a park near Highway 75 and West 41st Street on Friday, July 10.
James Landry according to court records, admitted to shooting his girlfriend, Bradley, but said it was an accident. A shotgun was found by the officers at the scene under some sticks.
The victim Bradley, being a Native of American has made the case a federal charge, after the recent Supreme Court ruling in the McGirt case that returns criminal justice jurisdiction to the tribal lands, this case will be handled through federal authorities, says the authorities.
Tulsa Police said they are assisting FBI and tribal authorities in the case.
