Jeffrey Jean-Charles Death – The victim of the hit-and-run accident that occurred on Saturday, July 11, on Sixth St. has been identified by the authorities as 31-year-old Jeffrey Jean-Charles, of Everett, says the Chelsea State Police Detectives.
After the Medical Examiner’s Office made positive identification, Jeffrey’s next of kin was notified of the sad incident on Sunday, July 12 by the authorities.

Following investigation that led to this fatality, a 26-year-old man of Peobody, Ian Flynn was taken to custody at his home on Saturday morning.
Flyn charges inlcudes: Leaving the Scene that Caused Serious Bodily Injury or Death, OUI 2nd Offense, and Negligent Operation. He is scheduled to appear in Chelsea District Court on Monday, July 13th.
