Mary Sue Rutledge Death – On Interstate 40 in Conway County, an elderly woman lost her life to a motor vehicle accident last week. The woman has been identified as 77-year-old Mary Sue Rutledge, of Dover, says the Arkansas State Police.
Rutledge was driving a Toyota RAV-4 and was behind a dump truck eastbound near the 115-mile marker near Menifee, says the police.

The dump truck reduced its speed to change lanes between barrels in a construction zone and the RAV-4 collided with the rear of the truck at approximately 5:30 a.m.
Rutledge died at the scene.
A passenger got injured and was transported to the Conway Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The identity of the passenger was not released.
