Nigel Gideon Death | Obituary – The victim of a fatal shooting in the Good Living Ranch area of Camalote Village has been identified as Nigel Gideon age 42
Gideon, a shop owner, was reportedly shot to the right hip and his injury is not classified as life-threatening. We are told that sometime after midday today, Gideon was in his shop when a Hispanic, male person, with a mask covering, arrived and asked to purchase cigarettes.
Gideon said he didn’t have any and that is when the male person took out a .38 revolver and attempted to shoot Gideon. A struggle ensued between them, which resulted in Gideon getting shot. The male person then ran to the back of the shop and escaped. Police are currently canvassing the area in search of the suspect.
We are never ready to say goodbye forever even though we know it is a part of life. This day our hearts are heavy for losing someone so special, but as we mourn your death, we also celebrate your life. Rest in peace.
It always seems like we have all the time in the world, only to realize how fleeting it really is. I wish we had more time to do and say the things we saved for later which along with you is gone forever. I promise to keep you alive in my memories.
