William Michel Death – Fillmore County Sheriff’s office have identified the body of a man located in the Root River on Wednesday July 15, as 58-year-old William Michel, of Rushford, Minn.

According to the police, Michel went missing after fishing on an inflatable raft on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
His body was located a short distance downstream from where the empty raft was found by the Minnesota DNR on Wednesday around 1:30 p.m.
