Teeters, a member of SRCAR for 18+ years, passed away on July 8, 2020 from complications of an aggressive infection. Garey started his career in 1974 with Kivett-Teeters where he soon became the broker of record.
Garey opened Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters as the third Coldwell Banker franchise in 1982. In 2002, with the passing of Bill Page, Garey took over as the new broker for the Hemet office. Garey remained very active in the company until his death. Garey supported the association in countless ways. He was the president of Yucaipa board in 1982 and 1983.
