Stephanie Arely Lopez Death – The police has confirmed the identity of a woman who died in a fatal crash on Indiana Avenue Sunday night, as 27-year-old Arely Lopez, of Baden Road in Winston-Salem.
According to the police report, a driver identified as Marco Vin Carillo-Martinez, 40, of Methodist Drive, was driving an SUV in the 3600 block of Indiana Avenue around 11:30 p.m. when he crossed the center line into oncoming traffic. He had a head-on with a Honda driven by Stephanie Arely Lopez.

Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The authorities closed up the 3600 block of Indiana Avenue till Monday morning.
The authorities charged Carillo-Martinez with felony hit and run and driving left of center. He was jailed with a $40,000 bond.
