Delvin K. Weems Death | Delvin K. Weems Obituary – Delvin K. Weems was shot to dead at a Columbia apartment complex. The shooting happened at the Gable Oaks Apartments at 901 Colleton St. just before midnight on Monday, July 20, according to police.
An autopsy showed Delvin K. Weems, 23 died from a gunshot wound to the upper body. Richland County Coroner’s Office found Weems unresponsive inside a car near one of the apartment units.
