David James McCluskey Death | David James McCluskey Obituary – David James McCluskey’s body was found dead in the Tennessee River at Bluff City Landing in the Somerville area in Morgan County, the authorities announced on Wednesday, 22nd of July 2020. Mike Swafford, a sheriff’s office spokesman said Bobby Daryl Hamblen, 59, was arrested today at his home in Somerville, a tiny town in Morgan County. Hamblen is being held in the Morgan County jail on a murder charge. Bail has not yet been set. He’s charged in the death of David James McCluskey.
McCluskey, a 54-year-old from Russellville, was identified earlier today by Morgan County Coroner Jeff Chunn. Chunn said the case had been declared a homicide. Swafford earlier today said McCluskey had been shot, though the cause of his death was pending further investigation. Further information wasn’t immediately available.
