Courtney Jones Death – Officials have released the identity of the victim who was fatally stabbed on Thursday night, July 23, 2020 in Washington DC, as 54-year-old Courtney Jones, of Hartford, Connecticut.
According to reports, officials responded to reports of a stabbing in the 2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, S.E.

Upon their arrival, Jones was found injured along with another man inside a standing vehicle.
Jones was later pronounced dead of stab wound injuries at the scene while the second victim whose identity was not released, received non-life threatening injuries and was treated on the scene.
A suspect named Kenneth Wayne Stewart, 54, with no definite address, was taken into custody and charged with first degree murder while armed.
Investigation into the incident still continues.
