Tyrell Penney Death – The authorities have released the identity of the man who was killed in the shooting in the area of Southeast Division Street and Southeast 158 Avenue over the weekend as 27 year-old Tyrell Penney, of Sacramento, California.
Penney’s Family members have been notified of his death.

The cause and manner of Penney’s death has been considered as homicide by gun shot wound by the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office.
