Lay Hae Death | Obituary – Lay Hae age 45 of St. Paul has been identified as the victim found injured and later died in an alley behind a home in the 600 block of Edmund Ave. Sunday night.
The authorities found a gravely injured Lay lying in the alley. Officers and St. Paul fire medics both worked to save the man, but he died where he was found by police.
police say they found two witnesses and a teenage male suspect at the scene. The witness was interviewed and released, and the suspect was taken to police headquarters for further interviews.
