Alfonzo Ledesma-Perez Death – The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the man who drowned in Mississippi River on July 19, as 27-year-old Alfonzo Ledesma-Perez.
According to reports, Ledesma-Perez a fisherman drowned in the River while fishing and was found on Sunday, July 26, approximately a week after he went under water.

The search team were the SCSO and other agencies who searched for Ledesma-Perez.
Crews were north of the Shelby Forest boat ramp and the entrance was blocked.
