Rashad Ibrahim Death – According to the state police a man who drowned while swimming with friends on Monday, July 27 at Lake Sebago has been identified as 25-year-old Rashad Ibrahim, of Bronx.
Report says Ibrahim was swimming with six of his friends when he suddenly slipped off a rock and fell into the lake where he began struggling.

Ibrahim went under water and did not resurface.
At 4:46 p.m. the first responders arrived the scene to search for him, said Brian Nearing, deputy public information officer for the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
Ibrahim’s body was recovered by the fire department divers.
The New York State Police, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, Stony Point Fire Department, Thiells Fire Department, Mahwah Fire Department, Rockland County Medics and Haverstraw Ambulance Corps also supported in the search.
