Joseph McFarland Death | Joseph McFarland Obituary – In reference to news reports, Joseph McFarland, 34, died of gunshot wounds and the Police are looking for 31-year-old Marcus Topsy in connection with the shooting in the 3700 block of Rojo Court last week. Corpus Christi Police Department officers said a fight between two men ended in the shooting.
In line with reports, Marcus Topsy is wanted for the July 23 shooting in the 37-0. “I don’t think they’re unknown to each other,” CCPD spokesman Senior Officer Travis Pace said. Police were called to the 3700 block of Rojo Court at 8:14 p.m. Thursday and said they found a man with several gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. Pace said a third person involved shot the victim. Pace was unsure whether the weapon had been found. Police have one person of interest in custody, and the investigation into the incident is still under investigation.
