An update on Jordan Wiggin’s cause of death has revealed the cause of death. Wiggins , the Georgia Southern Eagles Football freshman died at age of Nineteen by apparent overdose. It was a suicide.
Frank Sulkowski, who has been a part of WJCL 22, covering local sports with the station since 2006 revealed this in a Facebook post.
Georgia Southern football player Jordan Wiggins was found unresponsive by Georgia Southern police in his resident hall in Statesboro Monday night. A family member called GSPD to request a welfare check on Wiggins, and upon arrival they found Wiggins unresponsive.
