Carla Rosas Death | Obituary – Carla Rosas age 27 has been identified as the victims involved in a fatal motorcycle crash early Thursday 30 July 2020. Nampa resident Carla Rosas, was declared dead at the scene.
Apollo Martinez, a 32-year-old Caldwell man, was reportedly the driver of the motorcycle when it crashed. He was taken to a Nampa hospital via ambulance, which he was taken into police custody on a vehicular manslaughter charge and resisting and obstructing officers.
