Dalton Newkirk Death – The Missouri State Highway Patrol have confirmed and release the identity of the man who drowned to death over the weekend in the Huzzah Creek as 24-year-old Dalton Newkirk, of Highland.
This release was made on Tuesday, August 4.

According to the reports, Newkirk drowned in the water above the confluence on Saturday evening, his body was later recovered by his family.
This is recorded as the fourth drowning that the highway patrol’s Troop I has recorded in this year.
