Momtaz Francis Death – The identity of the man who died in a fatal collision on Highway 17 in Hawkesbury on Friday, July 31, has been identified by the Ontario Provincial Police as 73-year-old Momtaz Francis, of Ottawa.
According to reports, Francis was the only occupant in the vehicle when the collision occurred.

The emergency crew responded to the two-vehicle crash but found Francis already dead.
The investigation is still ongoing by the OPP.
