Kaw was a good person he contributed passionately to his community and country. he was an inspiration and mentor to many. He will be greatly missed.
My friend Kay Sakamoto passed away yesterday. He was on duty at the Roseville Police Department and had a fatal aneurysm, he was only 62. We have spent Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners together for the past 5 years. He will be truly missed and I am heartbroken for his family and friends. Rest easy my friend
