According to news release, Maddox, of Waynesville, Missouri died in the motorcycle crash on Thursday night. According to reports, Maddox was driving a motorcycle on Highway T in Swedeborg, when unfortunately, the bike crossed centerlines and left the roadway around 11 p.m. on Thursday. Maddox, who was ejected from the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
