Bohernabreena Reservoir Death – The authorities have confirmed the passing on of a 13-year-old boy who drowned to death in a tragic accident in Dublin on Sunday, August 9, 2020.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the boy was swimming in the reservoir at Bohernabreena on Sunday when he started having difficulty.

Around 4.45 p.m on Sunday, officers received a 911 call on the report of a juvenile who entered the water and has not resurfaced, says Gardaí .
After the search by the emergency crew, the boy was later found and taken to the Crumlin Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Examination of the scene was done by the Divisional Scenes of Crime Unit, says Gardaí .
