The disappearance of James Foster Chance: Have you seen him?
At the beginning of this year 2021, Texas experienced a record-setting winter storm leaving most of the state without power for days. it was during this period a man from Grapevine in Texas went missing, there is no exact knowledge of when James Foster Chance was last seen but it’s believed that he disappeared between January and March.
According to the report, it was during this storm that it appears that James made a mysterious trip. James’ family was alerted by his landlord that something was amiss. That was when they began piecing together his last movements.
James was last seen by neighbors cleaning up water damage after the Historic winter storm which happened between February 12-17.
His vehicle was found abandoned at Texarkana Welcome Center on Interstate 30 just northeast 10000 I-30 East, 5 car strip parking on or after 28 March 2021.
The welcome center and surrounding around it were searched by K9s but resulted in no leads. No evidence of foul play at this time.

James has a scar on his left index finer scarred and a little crooked at second knuckle small scar as a result of attempted navel piercing. He wears jeans, button-down tapered shirts with long-sleeve colored undershirts for the most part.
