Eugene Flechas Passed Away | Cause Of Death:

Eugene Flechas of Williston died January 21, 2020 in ghastly vehicle accident that happened along North U.S. 27 by Northwest 160th Avenue, about five miles from the Levy County line, said report.

Eugene Flechas passed away Tuesday around 8:57 p.m in accident, said police.

Flechas was traveling in a 2004 Toyota Highlander sport utility vehicle, when for reasons unknown, he rear ended  a 2005 Chevy Express van that was headed north, the SUV came to a halt on the median after the impact, Flechas was bitterly injured and was found unresponsive at the scene of the crash, said report.

Eugene was taken to the hospital,where he was pronounced dead. He passed on at the age of 62 from injuries sustained in the collision, said report.

The factors leading to the crash remains under investigation.
