Mubarak Soulemane death & obituary : A teenager has been shot and killed by the state police on the 15th of January 2020.
Soulemane, 19, was slain by state police Trooper named Brian North, who fired the shots that killed Mubarak at Campbell Avenue in West Haven.
The teenager had stole a car at knife point and made threats at a store in Norwalk. They finally got him at Campbell Avenue in West Haven, ordering him out of his car, which led to the shooting.
The family of the deceased has stated that, Soulemane was a standout basketball player in high school, who did have mental health issues, but they say he had never done anything violent.
