Clayton-Lucas Eugene Hamilton Death – The authorities have released the identity of the toddler who drowned to death on Tuesday, August 11 in a neighbor’s pool as 3-year-old Clayton-Lucas Eugene Hamilton, of Northumberland County.
Initial report stated that the boy was found floating at 2 p.m on Tuesday, in an above-ground swimming pool of a neighbors, says the police.

The 911 call was placed by the owner of the pool and the police immediately responded to the scene.
Hamilton was immediately rushed to Muncy Valley Hospital in Muncy and while on the way to the hospital, life saving efforts were being performed on him.
Hamilton was later pronounced dead at 3.34 p.m, says Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr.
According to Hamilton’s mother and boyfriend, they were sleeping when he left the house.
Investigators said, the toddler was trying to fill a bottle to make bubbles when he fell into the pool.
Investigation as to how Hamilton got to the pool is still on because it was made known that access to the pool deck was locked.
